There is no insurance added to your order. If you would like insurance please note it when checking out. We will than add the cost of insurance to your order. Flat rate and Post Office orders there is nothing we can do for you if order is missing. You must have insurance.

We ship from the big to the small – from generators to drill bits.  We sell over 10,000 products and shipping costs vary.  To determine what the true shipping cost for your order is:

• Find the product you are interested in on our website. 
• Add it to your shopping cart.
• Enter the ship-to zip code.
• Choose your shipping method.
• Freight or LTL Shipping costs will be added after your order is placed. So contact us before placing your order.

This will show you the total cost for that shipment, for that item.  A few important tips to keep in mind when trying to figure out what your shipping cost will be:

• The shipping price for each individual item is usually more than the total cost of a shipment.  Add all the items to your cart before checking the final shipping price.
• All items have a shipping (min. $9.95) or freight (min. $130.00) cost. If no cost is shown please contact us. Anything  that has free shipping will be clearly marked.
• We ship by two main methods:
           
  • Standard shipping – This means UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking.  Shipping for additional items usually only goes up incrementally, determined by shipment weight.
    
    
  • Freight or ‘LTL’ – This is reserved for large, heavy or over sized items such as table saws, generators.  As these are placed onto a pallet, require a scheduled delivery, extra insurance, the cost to ship by this method is more expensive.  Please contact for a freight quote. Many factors determine costs. Freight costs will be added to order after contacting you with freight cost. Address must be tractor Trailer accessible.
       
• Because we always ship by a track-able method, there is a minimum for shipping – usually around $9.95.  This may seem expensive when purchasing a $2 part, but it ensures that the delivery is made and that it can be verified.
  
  
• Items 150 lbs or over(some smaller items may ship by freight truck): Will be shipped by freight truck.
  Freight items are shipped to a business address, with loading dock/fork lift or picked-up at freight terminal only. 
• Your location must be tractor-trailer accessible. (semi-truck)
  
• Freight Companies do Not consider Farms or Businesses run out of your residential address as a business, residential delivery charges will apply. 
• Lift gate service is at your expense.
• Contact for costs for Resident Delivery and Lift Gate services. Other fees may apply.
  
  
• Items that are over sized or weigh over 150 pounds and require special handling will ship separately from any other items that you order. These Products will be shipped via Freight Truck. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the freight company will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time. Some items may only be delivered to a place with a loading dock/fork lift or at the freight terminal. To avoid a lift gate fee you can pick up your order at the trucking terminal. Please note that each shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage.

It is your responsibility to fully inspect the shipment. When it arrives  make sure any damage is noted on the delivery ticket. If this is not done there is nothing that can be done, if there is a problem.

We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees, if applicable.
